New civil suit against Sean Combs by an anonymous former child actor

A man who says he was a child actor sued Sean Combs in Los Angeles County Superior Court in June 2026 under the pseudonym John YH Roe, alleging an assault at a 2007 event when he was a minor. The claims are allegations. A spokesman for Combs called them false.

What changed

According to reporting by TheWrap, the complaint alleges an incident in May 2007 at a networking event in the Hollywood Hills, when the plaintiff was a minor. It also names a talent management company and a talent agency as defendants, alleging they failed to supervise a child in their care.

These are allegations. They have not been tested in court.

What it means

The suit is civil, decided on the civil standard of proof and separately from any criminal case.

A spokesman for Combs said the allegations are “false and ridiculous” (as reported by TheGrio).
